LTA Policy Regarding Weather Cancellation and Rescheduling

Captains are responsible for rescheduling any matches due to weather.   We recommend each captain coordinate rescheduling through the Lakewood Reservations link. This will be more efficient as each captain can see the availability of courts.  LTA can reimburse captains if they notify the League Coordinator so we can a refund from the City.   

Rescheduling by Captains:

1. Report weather delay to LTA League Coordinator and include the following information:

a. Date

b. Court (Morse or Daniels) and the number of courts being rescheduled

c. If a game is in play -- How long do you need to finish match?

** We need this information to get a weather credit.

2. Captains reschedule using the Lakewood link
3. Keep the receipt and send to LTA League Coordinator

• LTA Coordinator will coordinate with the LTA Treasurer for reimbursement.

4. LTA coordinator submits to Lakewood for weather cancellation credit.
