Team Number Process

How to get a team number.
          1. Each captain sends the team roster to the Level Rep.
          2. LTA Level rep reviews the roster and verifies LTA membership
          3. Level Rep sends an OK to the League Coordinator 
          4. The League Coordinator gives out the team number.
