PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS A PUZZLE TO COMPLETE WITH THE TYPE OF CONDOS (# OF BEDROOMS) AVAILABLE FOR THIS WEEKEND. NOT ALL CONDO OWNERS AT VAIL RACQUET CLUB ALLOW THEIR UNITS TO BE RENTED AND WE ONLY USE 2 AND 3 BEDROOM UNITS. THIS DOES PUT RESTRAINTS ON ANY GUARANTEES THAT THE FIRST 60 IN ARE GUARANTEED A SPOT BECAUSE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE CONSIDERED. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE THAT WORK, BUT PLEASE WAIT FOR AN EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM ME (AND NOT AUTO-GENERATED) FOR YOUR FINAL CONFIRMATION.

VAIL REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 5:00 PM ON SUNDAY, JULY 14TH. An email will go out when the process goes live.

Please make sure you are familiar with the items below before you sign up.

All condos are two or three bedroom units sharing a kitchen and living room. Private rooms refer only to the bedroom area. If sharing a bedroom you may also be sharing a bed. Vail Racquet Club has a limited number of condos that include bedrooms with bunk or twin beds. We will attempt to assign non-couples to these bedrooms, but there will likely not be enough. In addition, there are a limited number of Private bedrooms available unless VRC happens to have additional condos we can reserve after the registration process is complete.

Prices:

MEMBERS:

$240 per person if sharing a bedroom & bath 

$325 per person for a private bedroom & bath (one person only)

NON MEMBERS:

$280 per person if sharing a bedroom & bath

$360 per person for a private bedroom & bath (one person only)

You will have the option to list condo-mates when you register.

• Saturday courtside breakfast

• Sunday courtside ENERGY BARS/JUICE for breakfast
• Beverages: Soda, Beer, Wine
• Pick-up tennis Friday afternoon

• Pickleball for a small fee to VRC

Volunteers are needed and are given priority at sign-up.  The weekend cannot happen without help from everyone. Please consider helping with one of the jobs below.

Those who contribute to the weekend as the primary volunteer for the following jobs will receive a cash incentive AFTER the weekend. ONE INCENTIVE PER VOLUNTEER JOB PAID TO PRIMARY VOLUNTEER. (AND, you are given a budget and reimbursed for the money you spend purchasing food/drink within that budget.)

ALL VOLUNTEER JOBS INCLUDE PURCHASING FOOD/DRINK, PREPARING & SERVING @ VAIL.
