2025 VAIL TENNIS WEEKEND

• CANCELLATION POLICY

LTA is under contract with Vail Racquet Club (VRC) to pay for the condos we finalize reservations for immediately following registration. Because of this, if you need to cancel, we will do our best to fill your spot. Typically, there are people on the Wait List, but this is NOT a guarantee, especially as we get closer to the date of the event.

*If we are unable to find someone who wants your spot, there will be no refund.

*If someone is willing to take your spot, we will issue your refund (LESS $25 TO COVER PAYPAL FEES) as soon as we have received money from the other party.

• COURT CONDITIONS:

VRC will NOT be updating any of the tennis courts this year so the cracks in the courts across the street from the Clubhouse will remain this year. With 60 players, it is impossible to completely avoid using those courts. Just remember that this is not a USTA sanctioned event. It is a fun weekend of recreational tennis in beautiful Vail and it’s great that we can be guests at their Club.

Prices:

• MEMBERS:

$260 per person if sharing a bedroom/bathroom (i.e. $520 for a couple)

$345 per person for a private (one person only) BEDROOM & BATHROOM-you still share the living room & kitchen with others.

• NON-MEMBERS:

$300 per person if sharing a bedroom/bathroom (i.e. $600 for a couple)

$385 per person for a private (one person only) BEDROOM & BATHROOM-you still share the living room & kitchen with others.

• Condo for two nights
• Friday dinner
• Saturday courtside breakfast
• Saturday lunch
• Saturday dinner
• Sunday courtside breakfast snack
• Beverages: Alcoholic & NON alcoholic
• Pick-up tennis Friday afternoon
• Organized tennis all day Saturday
• Pick-up tennis Sunday morning
• Pool & hot tubs at the clubhouse
• Pickleball for a small fee to VRC

You will have the option to list condo-mates when you register.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are needed and are given priority at sign-up.  The weekend cannot happen without help from everyone. Please consider helping with one of the jobs below.

Those who contribute to the weekend as the primary volunteer for the following jobs will receive a cash incentive AFTER the weekend. ONE INCENTIVE PER VOLUNTEER JOB PAID TO PRIMARY VOLUNTEER. (As always, you are reimbursed for the money you spend purchasing food/drink.)

CASH INCENTIVES:

Saturday Breakfast - $50
Sunday Breakfast - $25
Friday Dinner - $150
Saturday Lunch - $150
Saturday Dinner - $150
Beverages - $150

NOTE:  For those attending without a significant other, please be familiar with how the condos work. All condos are two or three bedroom units sharing a kitchen and living room. Private rooms refer only to the bedroom & bathroom area. If sharing a bedroom you may also be sharing a bed. Vail Racquet Club only has a limited number of condos that include bedrooms with bunk or twin beds. We will attempt to assign non-couples to these bedrooms, but there will likely not be enough. In addition, there are a limited number of Private bedrooms available unless VRC happens to have additional condos we can reserve after the registration process is complete.
